As a client, you agree to:
Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for you. Kreatale retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project.
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. All fees are due as agreed upon in the project contract.
We will make every effort to deliver projects within agreed timelines. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, and we will communicate any delays promptly.
Reasonable revisions are included in our service packages. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We will correct any defects in our work that are reported within 30 days of delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kreatale's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
